Job Description

Head of Sales and Reseller Partnerships
(Internet Safety / B2C SaaS)

Location: London/Hybrid
Role Type: Full-time

About the Company

We are a purpose-driven SaaS business focused on enabling healthier, safer internet use. Our platform helps communities, individuals, and families manage access to digital content in a proactive, values-aligned way – positioning ourselves as an enabler of positive technology use.

Alongside our direct-to-consumer business, we have a large network of reseller and community partners who play a critical role in our reach and adoption.

The business has entered an exciting phase of transformation and professionalisation, with a clear vision to significantly mature, grow, and scale over the next 2 years.

The Opportunity

This is a unique and high-impact role combining Head of Sales and Head of Reseller Partnerships – owning both direct growth and the development of a scalable partner ecosystem.

You will step into a commercial environment with:

Limited formal structure
Existing but underdeveloped reseller relationships
Immediate operational demands to address
Significant opportunity to build, shape, and professionalise how we grow

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building from the ground up, bringing structure, commercial thinking, and strategic clarity to a business with strong purpose and untapped potential.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales Leadership (Growth)

Own and drive customer acquisition and revenue growth
Define and execute scalable growth strategies
Introduce structure, metrics, and accountability into the sales process
Identify and optimise key acquisition channels
Design a future-state sales function

2. Reseller and Partnership Strategy (Relationships)

Take ownership of all existing reseller relationships – stabilising and strengthening where needed
Design and implement a scalable reseller/partner model
Define commercial frameworks (pricing, margins, incentives, tiers)
Introduce structured partner onboarding, enablement, and management processes
Identify and develop new partnership opportunities within aligned communities and networks
Build long-term, trust-based relationships with key partners

3. Commercial Development (Maturity)

Bring structure, professionalism, and consistency to how we operate commercially
Develop clear reporting and performance tracking (sales + partnerships)
Collaborate with leadership on pricing, packaging, and go-to-market strategy
Support the broader business transformation over the next 12–24 months
Balance strategic work with hands-on execution in a low-maturity environment

4. Stakeholder and Community Engagement (Community)

Act as a key commercial representative of the business within the community
Build credibility and trust across a range of stakeholders
Navigate a culturally sensitive and values-driven environment thoughtfully and effectively

5. Growth Marketing

Work closely with senior leadership to help define customer acquisition and growth strategies.
Act as a key commercial stakeholder in marketing planning, ensuring activity aligns with revenue, customer growth and partner objectives.
Provide market insight and customer intelligence to support marketing investment decisions.
Collaborate on positioning, messaging and go-to-market initiatives.
Ensure strong alignment between marketing activity, sales effectiveness and reseller success.
Support measurement of commercial outcomes and return on investment from marketing initiatives.

What we are looking for

Experience and Skills

Experience in a commercial leadership role (Sales, Partnerships, or both)
Strong track record of driving customer growth and revenue
Experience building or scaling reseller/partner ecosystems
Ability to design commercial models and incentive structures
Hands-on, pragmatic, and able to balance strategy with execution
Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills

Mindset and Approach

Builder mentality: enjoys creating structure where little exists
Commercially sharp but purpose-driven
Resilient and adaptable – comfortable dealing with ambiguity and challenging business problems
High ownership and accountability
Diplomatic but able to challenge and elevate standards

Community and Cultural Fit

Strong understanding of, or close connection to, the Jewish community
Must have cultural awareness and sensitivity around our target demographic
Able to engage authentically with community stakeholders and partners

Why this Role is Different

A real opportunity to shape the commercial engine of the business
Combination of mission-driven work and commercial leadership
Direct influence on the company’s next phase of growth and transformation
Opportunity to build both a sales function and partner ecosystem from the ground up

Success looks like

Stabilised and strengthened existing reseller relationships
A clear, structured, and scalable reseller model in place
Improved customer acquisition, reseller retention, and revenue growth
Introduction of commercial discipline and measurable performance
A defined roadmap for maturing and scaling our commercial operations across the next 24 months
