Conditions.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account, upload a CV, apply for jobs, purchase
services, or access employer services.
3. Nature of Services
The Jobs Group operates as a job board and recruitment advertising platform only. We are
not an employer, employment agency, or employment business.
4. Candidate Terms
Candidates are responsible for the accuracy of all information submitted through the
Website, including CVs, applications, qualifications and employment history. We do not
guarantee interviews, employment offers or employment outcomes.
5. Employer Terms
Employers must ensure that all vacancies are genuine, lawful, accurate and non-
discriminatory. Employers are solely responsible for recruitment decisions and hiring
outcomes.
6. CV Database Access
Employers may access candidate profiles and CVs only through authorised accounts and
solely for legitimate recruitment purposes. Candidate information must not be used for
marketing, mailing lists, lead generation or any purpose unrelated to genuine recruitment.
7. GDPR Obligations
Employers receiving candidate information become independent data controllers and are

We reserve the right to reject, edit, suspend or remove advertisements at our discretion.
9. Fees and Payments
Fees are payable in advance. Prices may be changed at any time. VAT may apply where
required by law.
10. No Guarantee of Recruitment Results
The Jobs Group does not guarantee applications, candidate quality, interviews, hires,
candidate availability, recruitment success or any commercial benefit.
11. No Refunds, Credits or Free Reposts
Failure to fill a vacancy, low application volumes, unsuitable applications, withdrawal of a
vacancy, cancellation of recruitment plans, hiring through another source, internal
promotion, agency recruitment or any other recruitment outcome shall not entitle an
Employer to a refund, replacement advert, extension, credit or future free advertisement.
12. Each Vacancy Is a Separate Purchase
Each vacancy advertised constitutes a separate service. If an Employer hires elsewhere,
withdraws a role, fills a role through another source, fails to recruit successfully or wishes
to re-advertise a role, a new advertisement fee shall be payable. No automatic credits,
replacement adverts or future posting rights are created.
13. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Advertisements cancelled before publication may be eligible for a refund. Once published,
services are deemed delivered and fees become non-refundable except where required by
law or where the purchased service was not provided.
14. CV Writing Services
CV writing services may be cancelled before work begins. Once consultation, drafting,
editing or review work has commenced, fees may become non-refundable.
