Letting Negotiator

Job Description

Busy property letting office looking for the right individual to join our team as a letting negotiator.

The job is solely road based, and will entail creating viewings schedules, driving to properties, carrying out viewings, and liaising with applicants to put in offers.

We have a full office team in place to handle booking in the viewings, and to take the offers further once holding deposits have been placed.

The right individual will have the following:

– Great people skills
– Driving license
– Be organized and motivated

The salary is partly fixed, and partly based on commission.

We provide a car.

The role offers flexible working hours. While the position is typically worked during normal business hours, there is flexibility to vary your hours when required, for example to carry out evening viewings. Some work on Sundays is required.
